5 ways to keep from getting sick on your BIG DAY!

This blog is close to my heart because I am currently writing this with a 102 fever...I have the flu!  So it got me thinking, what are some preventive actions brides and grooms should take before their big day to avoid getting a cold. I had a little cough yesterday and now its a full blown  mess!  Here are a few suggestions I would consider adding into your life leading up to the big day!

6 Steps Help You To Prevent Getting Sick
1.Mom always right!
Wash your hands! Washing your hands is the most important thing of all. Bacteria and viruses are all around you want to share love with all your friends and family on your wedding day not germs.

Drink lots of ginger, turmeric, cayenne and oregano... Cold press the ginger and turmeric root, then add oregano essential oils and cayenne powder = Super Healthy Shot http://www.wellandgoodnyc.com/2013/11/27/how-eight-healthy-people-prevent-the-flu/#how-8-super-healthy-people-prevent-getting-sick-3

2. Shots shots shots!
Ginger, turmeric, cayenne and oregano. Cold press the ginger and turmeric root. Then I add oregano essential oils and cayenne powder.  This is what we like to call  nature's medicine. All of these ingredients are immune-boosting. They heat up your body and flush out stagnant fluids.

Sleep In to help prevent getting sick
