- When you receive the Save the Date, RSVP by the time requested on the card.
- Couples do you a favor by sending a stamped RSVP card with the Save the Date for your convince, so do them the favor by replying :)
- And if you reply yes, see that you DO attend the wedding.
- The couple goes through many steps with their vendors for head counts so it is important for them that they have an estimated guest count. We know that life happens so if something is to come up and you can't make it, a simple phone call to let them know is nice.
- Be on time.
- Again, life happens.. But do plan ahead. Plan for traffic, accidents and other mishaps along the way. If for any reason you're late, don't walk in and make a scene, simply wait until it's over and meet everyone at the reception.
- Don't bring anyone unless asked.
- If your invite is addressed to only you, don't bring a date. If your invite is addressed to you and your plus one, feel free to bring a date.
- Silence your phone during the ceremony.
- This should be common knowledge but many times is forgotten because we're so caught up in the moment. Nobody wants to be saying their I Do's with the iPhone ring going off from the back of the room.
- Bust a move on the dance floor.
- That's what it's there for. And hey, someone's got to get the party started!
